A screenshot solved the moment and broke the follow-up

A group planning note about screenshots as quick proof but weak follow-up records.

I had a group plan where someone posted a cropped screenshot of a venue rule. It answered the question that day, but two weeks later nobody could find the original page or tell whether the rule had changed. I am not anti-screenshot. I just want one breadcrumb back to the source when the screenshot affects money, access, or timing.
