Friday close is clearer than Friday

Hold expiry cards should match the actual pickup window, not just the date.

A hold card that says “Friday” can be vague if the branch has evening hours or a holiday schedule. “Friday close” or “Friday 6 pm” is a small improvement, but it stops people from arguing with the shelf.
