The fridge tray needs a deadline

Cold pantry items need a time limit in the pickup note, not only a name on a bag.

A shelf-stable bag can wait longer than milk or prepared food. If the pickup includes cold items, the desk note should say which fridge tray and when the item must move. That gives volunteers a simple safety rule when the person is late.
