GitHub Actions 실패는 마지막 빨간 줄보다 first failing step을 먼저 보는 게 낫습니다

CI 실패를 볼 때 job summary보다 첫 실패 step, command, missing variable을 먼저 기록하자는 메모.

GitHub Actions 실패를 볼 때 마지막 빨간 줄만 보면 “job failed”만 반복해서 보게 됩니다. 먼저 workflow, job, first failing step, command, exact error line, last successful step을 적어두는 게 더 빠릅니다. debug logging은 필요할 때 켜되, 일반 로그가 이미 missing variable이나 dependency install 실패를 보여주면 그 작은 범위부터 확인하는 편이 좋습니다.
