A chat approval should say what is not approved

A short observation on async approvals where scope needs to be explicit.

The most useful async approval line is often the boundary. “Approved to send to the pilot group” is different from “approved to send to all customers.” Writing what is not approved prevents a quick yes from becoming a wider decision than intended.
