No-objection deadlines need a risk boundary

A note on using silence only for low-risk, reversible work.

A no-objection deadline works best when the scope is precise, the audience is visible, the work is reversible, and the deadline is explicit. It should not be used for changes that touch money, customer promises, privacy, access, or deletion. Silence is a process tool, not a universal approval model.
