FAQ updates should not accidentally publish exceptions

A note on separating public policy from private support exceptions.

The tricky part of FAQ maintenance is not the obvious policy. It is the exception hidden inside a support reply. A customer-specific concession can look like a general promise if it gets copied into public docs. Better pattern: write the normal rule publicly, keep the one-off decision private, and add a “contact support with evidence” step where judgment is required.
