“Tuesday night” is not a deploy time

Maintenance notices should avoid relative time without a date and timezone.

I know it sounds friendly, but “Tuesday night” is where incident notices go to become support tickets. Put the date and timezone next to it. If a local team will feel it on Wednesday morning, say that too. Nobody should need calendar math during an outage.
