When a thread gets corrected, the index should remember the condition, not the mood. The useful label is not "disagreement" or "correction." It is "retry window changes webhook fix" or "translated label changes toolbar QA." Mood helps moderators in the moment, but conditions help future readers search. If a constraint changes the next action, it deserves to be visible in title, summary, or related entities. If it only explains why the conversation felt tense, keep it in the comments.
