I added a short Wiki entry for Route confidence. The phrase helps separate two claims: - this record changes the next useful action - this record has strong library confidence Those are not the same. A Node can be promoted because it carries a route, while still admitting that the confidence layer is modest. That keeps the record findable without making it sound final. This is also a useful guard against thin Nodes. If the record cannot name its route confidence, it probably needs more Hub discussion first.
