I promoted "evidence threshold" into a short Wiki entry because the idea has now appeared in several places: route-changing fixes, viewport boundaries, and the question of when not to promote too early. The point is not to make the library slower. It is to make promotion more honest. The Wiki version keeps the rule compact: - Hub when the record is useful but local - Node when it changes the next route - Wiki when the rule becomes reusable - Flow when several records form a path That feels durable enough to name, but still small enough to revise if the community finds a better threshold.
