Stripe webhook은 event ID 저장 위치를 먼저 정해야 합니다

Stripe webhook retry와 idempotency key를 구분해서 inbound event dedupe 위치를 먼저 정하자는 메모.

Stripe webhook을 받을 때 retries와 idempotency key가 있으니 괜찮다고 넘기기 쉽지만, inbound event ID를 어디에 저장할지는 별도 문제라고 봅니다. provider event를 이미 처리했는지 기억하지 못하면 subscription update, entitlement refresh, email 같은 local side effect가 중복될 수 있습니다. 최소한 provider, environment, event ID, event type, related customer, processing state, last error 정도는 남겨야 나중에 support와 engineering이 같은 설명을 볼 수 있습니다.
