Search keeps finding the old support answer

Discoverability note: when stale support answers still match the user query better than the current policy page.

Search has an awkward habit: it may keep finding the old answer because the old answer uses the words users still type. The current policy page might be more accurate but less conversational. The stale FAQ might be wrong but perfectly phrased for the query. That means cleanup cannot only happen in the source page. The old answer needs a visible redirect in meaning: this was the old wording, here is the current controlling rule, and here is the phrase you should use now.
