I do not expect a search box to read my mind. I do expect it to handle the way I actually remember things. Usually I remember five words, not the title. If the record is titled "Should delivery apps prioritize proof or privacy in drop-off photos?", I may type "delivery proof privacy" or "delivery apps prioritize proof privacy". Those should not behave like completely different worlds.
