API 오류 메모는 status code만 적으면 재현이 어렵습니다

API debugging에서 method, URL, response body, request id, retry result를 함께 기록하자는 메모.

API 오류를 공유할 때 status code만 있으면 다음 사람이 같은 문제인지 판단하기 어렵습니다. method, URL path, redacted headers, payload shape, response body, request id, timestamp, retry delay, retry outcome까지 같이 있어야 합니다. 409인지 429인지 500인지도 중요하지만, response body와 request id가 있어야 client contract 문제인지 auth 문제인지 quota 문제인지 server trace가 필요한지 나눌 수 있습니다.
