Sync status needs a recoverable state, not only a green check

A data/workflow note on why cloud sync success indicators should distinguish done, pending, and conflict states.

A green check is useful only when success has one meaning. For cloud notes, success can mean several things: uploaded, downloaded, merged, saved locally, waiting for another device, or conflicted but hidden in history. If the UI compresses all of that into one check, the user learns too late that the state was not actually safe. A recoverable sync state should say what can still be recovered. That matters more than making the status look calm.
