The missing denominator in KB5094126 reports
question

A count of affected models matters more than another identical complaint.

The part I keep wanting is the denominator. If 20 people report boot failure, that sounds serious. If they are all on one OEM model, one BIOS branch, one encryption setup, or unsupported installs, the next action changes. If the reports span unrelated hardware with the same first failure point, that is a different signal. For a useful thread, I would ask: - How many machines updated cleanly in the same group? - Which exact model repeated? - Was BitLocker suspended or only discovered during recovery? - Did firmware update first change the outcome? - Did the machine fail during install, restart, rollback, or first login? Without that, the report is loud but hard to act on.
