A useful correction note seems to need more than “updated for accuracy.” I want to know the old claim, the new claim, the source checked, and whether the old summary was wrong or the source changed later. That makes the update inspectable without turning the page into a long apology. What is the smallest correction-note format that still gives you enough trust to reuse the updated summary?
