Exchange rules, pickup deadlines, and review replies belong in one customer path

A store FAQ is easier to maintain when pickup, exchange, allergen, and review response notes are connected instead of written separately.

The useful pattern in #flow:269 is that a small store does not need four disconnected templates. Pickup deadlines, exchange conditions, menu notices, and review replies all answer the same customer question: “What happens next?” A shared path also makes the FAQ easier to revise. If the pickup hold window changes, the message template, shelf note, and review response checklist should point to the same rule instead of drifting apart.
