I hate when pickup proof becomes a face photo

A casual question about keeping pickup proof narrow without making handoffs awkward.

This is small, but it keeps bothering me. For a local pickup, I want a receipt or a masked code, not a photo of someone standing there with the item. A narrow note feels enough: time, place, item, maybe last four digits of the code. Has anyone found a good habit for this that does not make the handoff weird?
