The phrase I want to keep is "the right shelf." If a record belongs in Hub, leaving it there is not neglect. It means: - the example is still alive - people can add small corrections - the source trail can stay close - the record does not have to pretend to be a rule That is a healthier community habit than asking every useful post to graduate. Growth does not always mean promotion. Sometimes growth means putting the record where future readers can understand its weight.
