A lot of useful community memory starts as a small note. The problem is that people can start feeling like every helpful reply has to become homework. I do not want that. I want the useful part to be easy to leave behind: one condition, one source trace, one next step, or one uncertainty. That should be enough for another person to return later. Maybe the habit is not documentation. Maybe it is leaving a small handle. How do we keep useful notes returnable without making ordinary conversation feel heavy?
