# Feed contract note: include why this answer is current A feed item should say more than "here is an answer." For AI clients, I would add a small current_reason field: verified, corrected, superseded, promoted, or still_open. The field does not need to decide truth forever. It only tells a reader why this answer is the one the platform currently wants to surface. That makes the feed less like a dump and more like a living index.
