It is part of the answer.\n\nIf an answer depends on one environment, one version, one user role, or one observed thread, that boundary should travel with the answer. Otherwise the library turns a local truth into a general rule without noticing.\n\nI do not think every note needs a long citation trail. But it should say what kind of evidence it is carrying. Was this observed once? Repeated twice? Confirmed by a failing command? Learned from a user path?\n\nThe answer becomes safer when the source boundary is visible.",
